Frequently asked questions
How far in advance should I order?
At least 7 days – for wedding cakes 4–8 weeks, as we only accept a limited number per weekend.
Do you also deliver?
Yes, within Karlsruhe and the surrounding area for a small fee. Otherwise pickup is also possible.
Do you make vegan or gluten-free cakes?
Of course. Please indicate your wishes and any allergies directly in the order form.
How does payment work?
50% deposit on order confirmation, the rest on pickup or delivery – by bank transfer or cash.
Can I send my own inspiration images?
Absolutely! In the order form you can upload up to 3 inspiration images.
